Top all-inclusive resort towns in Croatia

In beautiful southeast Europe, coastal Croatia has a resort town for almost every kind of holiday. To help you find a spot for an unforgettable getaway, here are a few of our favourites.

Dubrovnik

The pools, sun terraces and the sea melt into one at resorts on the Dubrovnik Riviera. Stay here to make the most of both the beach and the iconic 16th-century old town, all moments from the comfort and convenience of your all-inclusive, of course.

Rabac

On the Istrian Riviera, the town of Rabac provides a beautiful backdrop for a holiday away from the tourist crowd. Book an all-inclusive resort here for outdoor dance floors, wellness retreats and the many delights of an all-inclusive pool bar.

Zadar

For a room with a view steps from the spa, head for the hip Croatian city of Zadar. When you’re not lazing poolside or indulging in spa treatments, venture into town for some of Croatia’s best nightlife. You can also hop aboard a boat cruise here to explore some of the 300 surrounding islands.

Pula

Pula packs the best of Croatia into a surprisingly small package. Stay in this area to visit the largest Roman Colosseum outside Italy, taste your way across the region’s finest vineyards, and sun yourself on sensational white sands — all before a delicious all-inclusive dinner at the resort restaurant.

All-inclusive beach holidays in Croatia

With over 1,000 miles (1609km) of coastline, Croatia is an ideal choice for beach holiday. There are quiet coves for sun-drenched solitude, as well as jumping beach bars, DJs and shores lined with sun-loungers.

Book an all-inclusive stay on the island of Brač for clifftop barbecues, sea-view spas and al fresco entertainment. Cool off with kayaking, paddle boarding and a world of watersports just minutes from the beauty of Acapulco Beach. For incredible views across to the mainland, take the well-signposted hiking path to Vidova Gora.

If beach time is at the top of your itinerary, it’s also worth checking out all-inclusive stays in Split-Dalmatia County. If you can find the time between sunbathing, sipping cocktails at the pool bar, and pamper sessions, do pay a visit to Split's Roman ruins, old city and open-air markets.

For an all-inclusive resort right on the beach, set your sights on Dubrovnik. Stay near the city or on the surrounding islands for exclusive access to the shore, sea-view restaurants, rooftop bars and infinity pools looking out across the brilliant blue water. Take the cable car up Srđ mountain for sweeping views of the coastline.

All-inclusive holidays for families in Croatia

Croatia’s heady blend of beautiful beaches, historic old towns, and sensational scenery is sure to hold the attention of your little ones. And once you add the convenience of an all-inclusive resort into the mix, it ticks every box for an incredible family holiday.

Head for Poreč on the Istrian Riviera for unforgettable family days out. Descend underground to explore the town's intricate cave systems, take a walk through the history of the old town, and then hit the slides at Aquacolors water park. Back at your all-inclusive resort, cinemas, theatres, adventure trails and outdoor play zones keep everyone entertained.

On an all-inclusive holiday in the sublime town of Cavtat, the kids can throw themselves into football, tennis and volleyball, cook and craft in kids’ clubs, and splash the day away in their dedicated pool. That’s when you're not making memories together on the private beach or dining against the backdrop of the Adriatic Sea.

Take your pick of all-inclusive resorts along the Central Dalmatia coastline for more family fun. Think saltwater spas, saunas and outdoor hot tubs for you, plus activity clubs, playgrounds and games rooms for the kids. And whether you stay in Zadar, Tucepi, Trogir, Split or Ciovo, you’re never far from a beautiful beach.
